That Leaf meltdown last night was positively Cowboysesque.

It was the first time a team had ever lost a game 7 after being ahead by three in the third.

I never trusted the Leafs to go anywhere, but it's impossible to have predicted a collapse that epic.

I saw the highlights on TV & that was brutal.

I have no dog in this fight but I felt sorry for the Leafs & their fans.

1 Canadian team left. I find that funny.

My picks:
CHI 4 DET 2
LA 3 SJ 4
PITT 4 OTT 2
BOS 4 NY 2

It was like our loss to Giants in 2011 when ahead by 13 with less than five to go.

As a Leaf fan...i can say last night was completely heart breaking.

That last 10 minutes showed the different between a young team and an experienced playoff team.

Future looks bright...but that was devastating. lol

Hahaha I hear you man. I've never been to Canada but I would like to go to a game up there sometime especially if someone plays my Dallas Stars. Closest possible is Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal for me but they're still like 3-4 hours away.

If you have the choice, i'd pick Montreal. The atmosphere there is just crazy, and safe to wear other teams jersey's without anything bad happening.

Toronto is full of businessmen and people who don't really care about hockey (in the platinum seats). And Ottawa....is Ottawa, terrible town and boring crowd. :laugh2:

Agree with Chi and Pitt, but I think the Kings take it, and I doubt it goes 7. That is a tough, tough squad.

And I like the Rangers against the Bruins. Henrik is on fire and he always plays really well against the Bruins anyways. If the Rangers take one in Boston, they'll win in 6 I think.

Relatively, this collapse was way, way more epic.:laugh2:

It was good for the Stars haha. We need Boston to reach the ECF to get their first round pick for Jags!

That was one of those losses that sticks with a fan for a long time.

Unbelievable.

Yea, I know I'm a bit of a homer, but I think the Rangers match up with the Hawks well too.

I think the Caps, Sens, and Leafs would get smoked, but I don't think they can make it to the final anyways.

With the way Lundqvist is playing right now it's going to be hard for anybody to beat NY.

What are your thoughts on the other Canadian crowds? Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg?

In order of crazy atmosphere...i would say Montreal > Winnipeg > Toronto > Edmonton > Calgary > Vancouver > Ottawa.

But Montreal and Toronto are fun party cities too, Winnipeg and Edmonton/Calgary...not at all.

We're looking like a team that wants to repeat.

That aint gonna happen. Chicago and Pittsburgh are too good.
