I said what I mean, I meant what I said, and I 100% stand by my statement that Florida and NY have the same amount of championships this millennium.

(And Boston has 3 times as many championships this millennium compared to the Yankees.)

If you go by the Gregorian Calendar, then it is 2001 as they believed all things started with Christ. If you go by the Astronomical Year Calendar, then it is 2000. Although the absolute numerical values of astronomical and historical years only differ by one before year 1, this difference is critical when calculating astronomical events like eclipses or planetary conjunctions to determine when historical events which mention them occurred.

You could be right or wrong I guess. I choose to say that the Yankees have more because it fits my point better. You do the same because it fits yours.

Vidal Nuno has been named the 5th starter for now. He's pitched well in his opportunities but we'll have to see how this goes.

Nice game by Tanaka yesterday. He did give up to shots but he pitched 7 innings, 7Ks, 2.15 ERA and got the win. Let's hope he can keep it up. We need him this year.

I already feel good about him if we are in a playoff series. I feel he could win his 2 games in a give game series and 2-3 games in a 7 game series if need be.

OK so lets agree this division is the equivalent to the NFC East this year, mediocre. Seriously though, Bogaerts has a chance to have the career Tony C should have had. Also I think eventually he ends up as a corner outfielder. He is just finding his stroke this year and only 21.
