I like to do it before the combine and personal workouts so it's tougher to project where these players and their stock will be at the actual draft. You get bigger steals and reaches that way.

But I'm always willing to participate in another closer to the draft. I just don't want to run it. One is enough for me.

From my experience just as many people prefer a weekday mock as the weekend. There's really no way to do it to make it ideal for everyone.

We usually hold a draft lottery to assign teams. But I'm thinking of just letting people pick their own team. First come, first serve.
