That is a great source but I'm not going to dedicate the time to copy, paste and edit that content. If someone would like to...go for it. I provided a initial list copied from ESPN to start the thread.

This is the list of declared/basically made their intentions known from GBN Report.

A couple more who've officially joined the class of 2016.

Wouldn't be against considering Scooby Wright early in the second if he slips into that round.

Will Fuller from ND to the draft.

If the team is looking for a true deep threat, Fuller would fit the bill.

He's a perfect example of why you never trust a kid when he says he's not coming out of school before his bowl game.

Keivarae Russell, CB from ND is also declaring for the draft.

He's an interesting case in that he would have to appeal to the NCAA to play next year because he was suspended for a season.......... but the NCAA likely wouldn't rule on it until after the declaration date for the NFL draft. So it makes sense he just opts in now.

Was thought to be a riser a few years ago but got suspended and didn't play all that consistently this past year. If he tests well he could be a 3rd-4th rounder I would guess.

That's interesting, can't say I'm super impressed by the kid though. Didn't watch much ND football, but athletic wise, he's average height, doesn't look super fast - has some really nice jumping abilities though. He'll have to make up for his lack of elite athletic abilities with route running and catching.

Desmond King is returning for his senior year, he is a player I see mentioned a lot on here

This has been the rumor for a while. I think thats a mistake on his part though. He has very little to prove and has jumped up to a borderline 1st Rd player. Hopefully he gets a very good insurance policy to cover any potential earnings loses.

Are you thinking of a different kid at ND? Because he's pretty athletic and pretty fast. But he is on the smallish side and his hands need some work. He's probably a 2nd or 3rd round guy.

It's pretty much been confirmed... I don't think anything could really hurt his draft stock that much and he could be a top 10 pick next year if he plays like he has the past 2 years again

He possibly could. It's a big gamble to take though. He would have to have an even better year next year to improve his stock. An injury, or a down year and he could lose millions of dollars as well as a years worth of future earnings potential. I hope it all works out for him.

I don't think he's slow, I'm saying he lacks size and doesn't make up for it with elite speed. Someone like Desean Jackson who is 5-10 but has great down the field speed that has helped him throughout his career. I've seen Fuller have a low projected at 4.3, but I'm not seeing that during games.

I love his jumping ability though, I like it a lot actually. A late second or third round grade on him would be perfect and I would not be disappointed grabbing him.

We'll just have to disagree on his speed. He has excellent speed. Maybe not Desean Jackson speed, but few kids do.

And FWIW, a few mocks have him going late first round now.
