Baylor will tank this year and watch for the Fans and some in the school to start calling for them to bring Briles back.

Wait for it and don't be shocked if it happens.

I'm sure it is already happening.

Well we all know who should be ranked #1 right now if you go by resume and not preseason rankings.

That'll never happen. Too big a financial risk.
Anything else happened and the school would be sued mercilessly without a chance to win.
BAYLOR has been recruiting well and will be fine in a couple years but this was essentially the fall out season.

We will see if they can hang in there and continue to recruit under Rhule once they go 1-11 or whatever.

If anything they'd hire Kendal Briles and get Art for free as an "advisor".

Penn State averts Iowa upset with walk-off TD pass on 4th down, as time expires.

Give it up to the pirate who beat the perennially overrated USC team.

USC and UT see each other and it's that spider-man mirror meme man. Teams with every resource and recruiting advantage imaginable and under-perform yearly.

Bye bye Butch Jones. Tennessee just can never find the right guy
Yet my alma mater(Georgia Tech) couldn't seem to beat these knuckleheads, squandered away the lead and lost in 2OT.

That loss continues to look worse and worse.

On the other hand, Georgia may be the only team in the SEC East worth a damn(Florida was on the outside a bit, but then lost their QB, plus their offense aint great to start with anyway).

still pissed at my alma mater for running him off, idiots thing they're a top 10 school or something
yup. stupidest move of last 20 years in the sport.
super scrub player with helicoptor dad and board with agenda to reduce allotment to coaching salaries....
Tech was FINAL top 25 for 8 of the final 10 years of Leach.
They've been Final top 10 only a handful of other times in team history.
It's patently insane but teams who are mid-conference that swell up to be 2nd or 3rd can't handle it...

craig james is the anti-christ.

As quiet as it is kept with all the marketing about best conference... SEC is tragically bad this season after Bama and Georgia.

Wonder who coaches Tenn next year? Would be an interesting spot to see Bobby Petrino in.
But of course Chip Kelly sits out there gaining weight like crazy and bored to tears doing TV awaiting for mega offers.

I was oblivious to the behind the scenes drama between Lynch and the regents or whatever they're called but when I heard he was fired, it reminded me of the shock and disappointment I felt after the Cowboys had won back to back super bowls and heard the head coach had just been fired.
