Good morning all,
I have completed my draft spreadsheet that I have sent to many of you in past years. Sorry for the delay, I am recovering from getting my knee replaced and couldn't sit up until about a week ago. It has 356 players listed. This is in Microsoft Excel (2010 version). I used approximately 20 mocks and a few other sites to score how these roughly 25 locations ranked the players and then just combined them and put them in order by using a scoring system that I used (these are not my personal rankings, just what these other sites thought). Here are the features:
* 3 tabs
- Value Chart: This is just a basic value chart for the picks 1 through 224
- Ranking: This shows the rankings from 1 through 356 (more explanation below)
- Tracker: This is a tracker that will populate automatically based on what you do in the "ranking" tab
* Ranking Tab
- shows 1 through 356 with each showing the players position, functional group their college, height and weight, with rankings on their position group and functional group (ex: Chubb is the top ranked DE and top ranked DLine)
- Columns M an N in the spreadsheet allow you to select the team that picked that player and what selection that pick was (overall); entering the selection number auto-populates in the Tracker tab
- Filters are in this tab so you can filter by any of the fields (ex: you can select a specific team only in the College Team column to see where that team's players rank)
* Tracker Tab
- there are totals at the top for each position, by round
- if you enter the selection number in the ranking tab, this will put and "X" next to that player's name signifying that they were already selected; also, the totals at the top, by round will be reduced by one each time someone is selected and the total # taken at that position will show at the top
If anyone is interested in me emailing this to you, please PM me. I am trying to see if I can add snapshots to this post, but no luck so far. Also, my PC (a work pc) blocks my access to adding this to Drop box)
I tried to make a Google doc, but this is just a snapshot (formulas are not working and I don't have the time to do that), if you have Excel, the bells & whistles work (PM me for that)
Try this link to view it
DISCLAIMER: it looks to me like some of the DT's might be DE's, I went with how they were listed in the various sites, but that doesn't change their overall rankings
