Dont bury the Mets yet. According to reports, they have a supposedly bombshell candidate they are going to bring out.

You know what might be worse? Carlos Beltran will probably be the next manager

with Joe G going to teh Phils, this thing has legs. Mets may be dragging their feet tho because Brodie may be after AJ Hinch. He and Brody are best buds. They would have to trade with the Stros to make that happen. Knowing Brodie and that dysfunctional front office, he has probably already offered Degrom.

If the mets dont announce the manager today, they wont announce it until Monday if the series goes five because baseball does not like teams to take the spotlight away from the game. This Hinch thing may have legs.
