• Stephen Jones has positioned himself between Jerry and everyone else.
• McCarthy was a Stephen hire.
• DLaw's agent only met Jerry once and that was at a photo shoot (per the agent on local sports talk radio).
• Garrett was the last remaining person that had access to Jerry without going through Stephen.
• Obviously Jerry can reach out to anybody, but it would have to be initiated by Jerry, not the player or coach.

Nice take but is this just opinion if not post some backup because in my opinion Jerry still calls the the shots and has a open door to players, having the final say on everything.

this team could have had a deep playoff run if they stopped the penalties

even with the offense faltering down the stretch you simply just cant have 200 penalties per game and expect to do anything great
