2021 Season Schedule Speculation

For the last few years I have had a go at guessing the Cowboys schedule. Last year out of 17 weeks I got a grand total of 0 correct. It's futile, but it's fun!

As we don't know when the bye week will be I have just slotted it in randomly. I am predicting 3xSNF, 1xMNF and 1xTNF and thanksgiving, so 6 primetime games.

Here is my guess, be great to read some more.

I thought it was already said that the Patriots would be the last game of the season.
 
I like your schedule. Good job.

They should have just jumped right into an 18 game schedule.
It's wrong to have more away then home games.
 
ANYONE GOING TO THE HOME OPENER I'd love to see some of you especially my friends from way back!!!
 
Slight correction week 5 should be Philadelphia at home on SNF have included them away twice!
 
The Cowboys most always play an NFC East rival week 1. Has been this way 6 out of the past 10 years with all of them being NYG except 1 which was Washington.
 
Let's play a game! Who can get the closest to predicting the 2021 schedule for the Cowboys? Also, predict the Network for the games.

My prediction:
Week 1: Dallas Cowboys @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Thursday Night on NBC)

Week 2: NY Giants @ Dallas Cowboys (Sunday FOX 3:25 pm)

Week 3: Dallas Cowboys @ LA Chargers (FOX 3:25)

Week 4: Dallas Cowboys @ Kansas City Chiefs (CBS 3:25)

Week 5: Las Vegas Raiders @ Dallas Cowboys (FOX 3:25)

Week 6: Dallas Cowboys @ New England Patriots (ESPN - Predicting that the extra game is chosen as a MNF game)

Week 7: Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys (NBC SNF)

Week 8: Bye Week

Week 9: Dallas Cowboys @ Washington Football Team (CBS 3:25)

Week 10: Atlanta Falcons @ Dallas Cowboys (FOX Noon)

Week 11: Dallas Cowboys @ NY Giants (NBC SNF)

Week 12 Thanksgiving: Denver Broncos @ Dallas Cowboys (CBS) - classic Thanksgiving game

Week 13: Dallas Cowboys @ Philadelphia Eagles (TNF)

Week 14: Carolina Panthers @ Dallas Cowboys (FOX Noon)*

3 of the last 4 on the road and 4 of the last 6. Last one on the road.
Sounds like the usual screw job. only one cold weather game late, so that would be a welcomed site.

I like the overall layout on how the teams are spread out though.
 
Always seem to get 1pm home game early in season, so I have guessed 2 in first 4 weeks against 'smaller market teams'
 
I'd be SHOCKED.... potentially STUNNED....if Dallas doesn't open at Tampa Thursday night.

Only way that's a no is if Jerry got smart and begged out of the limelight.

Doubtful. This is a big deal for marketability and the league generally grants him these type of small gestures.....they owe him.
 
all i want is 16 games that start at 1pm est and the thanksgiving day game and tnf game be our only prime time game

Cowboys at Chargers Week 1 is a real longshot. Would Fox be happy with this assuming it's not Dallas at Tampa? Would be a great test on the road against what could be a top defensive unit.

I dont know who paid what for what anymore as far as TV rights but one of them demanding that game for their own network may have been the only way it isn't that Thursday opener.

I could have been sold on NO if Brees didn't quit.

Buffalo? Maybe, but blah as far as national attention.
