Spurs absolutely destroyed the Mavs. Spurs 2nd pick in the draft out played the #1 pick. What a great game!
 
I didn't catch the C's last night, but got rooked by a rook. 34 points to to Edgecombe in his debut to go with 40 from Maxey. 74 points on 50 shots between the two. Perimeter defense could be an issue this year

They’re not too going anywhere without Luka.
I will never watch another Mavericks games again. I stopped watching the moment I learned they traded Luka.
I still can’t believe they did that.

I understand the emotion but you're being reactionary to say they aren't going anywhere with Luka. This team easily in the next couple season can win a championship with Cooper Flagg.

The Mavericks when backwards 10 years.
They went to the finals the previous year.

They traded away possibly the best PG the NBA has ever seen. For what? One draft pick and an aging center.

Just my opinion..
I’m beginning to believe NBA had something to do with it. For some reason they want Luka in LA with LeFlop James.

I wouldnt have traded him either, but they had questions about his dedication and work ethic, fair or not. AD is a perrenial allstar, perrential All-NBA 2nd teamer and All-NBA 1st team defender, lets not downlplay him like hes some bum. But this team is still talented and should make the playoffs no problem

Flagg’s an 18 yr old rookie who’s going to take a couple of years before he’ll reach his full potential which is very high. By that time, Irving will be too old. No way they can win a Championship in the next 2 years unless they somehow get Luka back. What a dumb move that was.
 
Ugly win for Spurs last night. After that first game, I was thinking maybe they don't need DeAaron Fox as much and can trade him for a great 3. But Castle and Harper were reckless, especially Castle! Dude did everything he could to throw that game away, sort of redeemed himself with that last second 3 pointer to push it into OT. Wemby fouled out. Didn't the refs get the memo from the NBA that superstars don't get fouled out? Still, will take the win 2-0, good start. Mavs and Rockets fans, 0-2? I thought it was going to be a good start for all Texas Teams. Rockets will be fine, but Mavs need to get rolling quickly. Still waiting a long time on Irving, can't get too much in a hole.
