Thanks been wanting to look at this, I desperately need to us to get a 4th round pick, the GAMES I WATCHED, I don't see why we even traded our 4th round pick away for the guys we traded them for!

I would trade back up to end of 1 or the very top of round 2. Even use next season's 2. Have a top RB and WR now.

Not only no, but hell no.

There is no one worth trading up for in this draft. The Cowboys aren't one player away. They need all the draft picks they can get.

The offense will be positively affected and that still does improve end results. The defense will still be improving.

The chart shows the Cowboys trading down 5 spots in the first only nets then a 3rd round pick, but I wouldn't trade down that far for anything less than a 2nd.

My gut tells me the Cowboys will try to trade up into the 4th round. I really wish we had that 4th round pick we gave away for Lance.

So, you wouldnt trade down then, as a 2nd would be out of the question.
Which is fine.

You're gut may be right about the 4th round trade up, though not sure how they'd do it.

Exact opposite. Need trade down as much as possible.
You are referring only to your view of first round.

There is ability to trade for Day two and four very strong players there...to include a running back.

Trade down in one and get a strong OT/G or DT. From there getting RB, LB, and a 2nd DT.

That requires another level of trades up.

Chairman of the House stuff...not hardly. Improve positional strengths as if that is in that focus.

Personally I would take an extra 3rd round pick in a heartbeat to move back 5 spots. I just dont see a ton of talent differential in this draft in the 1st round after the first few picks. This could end up being one of the more wild drafts in terms of surprise picks we have had in a while....but I could also see fewer trades than ever because the value to trade back just isnt there this year.

Last year the Cowboys went from 24 to 29 and got the 9th pick in the 3rd round at 73.

Apples and oranges I know. Just saying.

Martin anchored the right side of the offensive line for the Cowboys, no matter who was lined up next to him at center and right tackle since being selected with the 16th overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft.

The Notre Dame product leaves the Cowboys offensive line with a hole that cannot be easily filled, much like when the faced the retirement of C Travis Frederick and the free agency departure of LT Tyron Smith.

Questions exist at RG and RT. Someone such as the Texas OL/OG.

First time in 10 years this interior has been in question.
