East Carolina baseball strikes again in the MLB this year

• They had the MLB RBI leader (Alec Burleson)
• They had the AL strikeouts leader and MLB runner-up (Gavin Williams)

This after having Trey Yesavage put on a nice pitching show last postseason

as a fmr player you would know more than me but they look tired.
they've played alot of games on this back2back run and its caught up to them.
......and the brewers are nasty.

I think that's part of it but the Dodgers beat a good Braves team.

The Brewers are just a better team than the Dodgers in 2026. Nothing wrong with saying that. It's simply the truth.

The Dodgers are old and several of their 30+ aged players have been dealing with injuries for much of the season.

The Dodgers need to make some hard decisions this off-season or 2027 will end up being a repeat except they may not make it as far as they did this year.
