2026 NCAA Football Season

I agree that’s terrible.

It’s nearly on par with playing Rice though.

Both are ridiculously stupid opponents.
your NDDS is pathetic
comparing Howard to Rice
but then you are clearly unable to really think when ND is in the subject

Moore was hot for a while in the 2nd half but spit the bit late
Oregon is just not that good
Have to laugh at the socalled experts saying Moore will be the first QB chosen in next years draft
kind of jinxed him

I enjoy good college football games and I like to see programs that are not ranked in the top 10 earn their way into it no matter which school it is.

That said, I always find it funny to see pre-season top 20 ranked teams struggle early in the season and the teams not even ranked seemingly doing well.

It's just further proof that pre-season rankings should be eliminated as all they do is serve to give 2+ chances for some teams to remain in top 20 while unranked teams have to win 2-3 surprise wins just to get the same respect.

Outside of Alabama and saban's hayday, when has a preseason #1 actually won it all?

I'm a bit envious of my son and daughter going to the Texas/OhioSt game.
It'll be very toasty, but it could be pretty epic.

They said the tailgating has been an all-day thing for some.

My two closest cousins went to Ohio St and I was a fan in the early year b/c my dad did his summer coaching camps with Woody Hayes et al (also Lee Corso..lol).
But having a daughter as a UT grad trumps that! Not to mention living in Texas for 35 years now.

Hook em

Mateer and Milton should get a jump on their delivery careers and start applying to UPS, USPS, etc. now

So far, only a couple of top 25 teams have taken an L today

  • #6 Oregon lost to Okie State...after they had lost to Tulsa last week...yikes
  • #11 Oklahoma lost at the Big House to a not-too-good Michigan team.

Also
  • There will be a loser in the #5 UT vs #1 OSU game
  • I would caution #21 Iowa (ISU), #18 Tenn (GT), and #20 Utah (Ark)

texas is lucky its only 10-3.
longhorns defense is doing all the heavy lifting.

Sayin is still far from a finished product but you can see some of the potential. Not much of a runner but he's got really good pocket movement
