Downs can’t make an immediate impact?

Safeties usually take a couple of seasons to build up to speed. Downs however will probably make an immediate impact given the Cowboys Safety situation.

That is a simplistic view of that trade. It doesn’t consider the second-rounder we don’t have this year because of the Quinnen trade.

What about the two 4ths?

That’s why I wanted Bain first and Thieneman second….Bain would have added more rush than Lawerence and Theineman not as good at Downs but he’s still a dope middle fielder who can play slot. Think the rush would have been better and safety with Thieneman plus Thompson is more than enough to make safety way better.

I’ll take the higher ceiling guy here. I think Bain is going to just be OK in the NFL.

Look @ how the board fell....When the Titans took Tate.....that was unexpected....and that got the ball rolling on players falling.

Unexpected by who? No one knows what any of the team’s draft boards look like. It is all 100% speculation and the speculation is all over the place. Almost nothing truly surprising happens really.
