In the last 12 seasons, 13 NFC teams have played in the NFC Championship game at least once:
Bears, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Eagles, Giants, Panthers, Rams - once each
Falcons, Saints, Seahawks, Vikings - twice each
Forty-Miners - 4 times
Packers - 5 times
Lions, Football Team, Cowboys...no appearances in that time span

Wash - nothing since synder bought the team lol, he can make billions, but cant run a sports team to save his life, isnt that weird.
Detroit - old rich family owned? genes diluted lol bunch of idiots have run the team and much like synder just dont have the brain power, lots of money no brains.
Dallas Cowboys - nothing since jimmy left, jerry did one thing right and hired jimmy, and since he ran him off nothing. again can make money, but cant run a simple football team. I think other people make him the money, and he does football on his own lol, then you see he isnt all that bright uh um uh um.

It will take some luck, but with their qb signed and their 10 draft picks, they have a shot. A trade back from 10 would give them 6 picks in the top 99. They will have at least 4 picks in the top 99. They need to get lucky and hit on these picks. Get younger with young stars under 1st contracts, get healthier, and get better.

I know its the same thing that gets said every year is Im waiting to see the on field product. Then evaluate why. Our failures over 25 years have been because of a variety of different reasons and its not always the same reasons every year.

There are only two constants during those 25 years: Director of Player Personnel and General Manager.

The reasons for coming up short ARE the same every year. How they manifest annually is what changes.

No they dont, any team with better coaches has an advantage over the cowboys.
stupid coaches have won before......Kellen has not, his offense in 2 years has not made playoffs, or had a winning record, and lost both win and your in games
at end of year, and in both games his offense did poorly. I include the giant game, as far as they knew it was win and maybe your in and they lost lol.
MM won one SB with a young rodgers and very good defense, then could never make it back to another SB, always knocked out in playoffs, I think
mostly due to better coaching on the other team.

it is indirectly jerrys fault, with better coaches the whole game would unfold differently, and jerry hires the coaches.
Murrays fumble did not lose the packer game, and imo randle should have been playing that game , he was fresh, and had 2 good hands.
playing a RB with a broken hand in big game like that your asking for a fumble.
Cowboys should never had been in the 4th down situation, on dez catch, JG called a TO after witten catch, and I was thinking no! witten was short,
and then play was reviewed and he was short of 1st down. Instead of a TO he should have signaled a quick snap run play.

Coaches matter, and cowboys are way down the list in the coaching area, and that will hamper them, especially in playoffs.

TB has one of the best DC's, and very good OC, HC is meh, but he has a good staff that run the show. Thats why they did what they did last year.

yes and the main flaw is the coaches they hire.
They have player rankings, what is needed is coach rankings. If they had that ours would be pretty low?
