Its his private life. That said, the disturbing issue is that the team "journalists" stayed silent all this time... Mike Fisher is 1. ENABLERS and sycophant culture is alive. Its more the branding and job security than facts. When THIS may affect job results. ie.. winning games and the team culture..then its a story. Fair & unfair.

Whether you think it’s right/wrong/not a big deal..this man is still our owner AND GM and instead of getting ready for FA we are dealing with this. He needs to go away. Seriously. Sell and take your family with you. It affects how we are doing business and that’s the bottom line.

What does she want?
Apparently she wants to be able to call Jethro her father. An agreement which was made by her mother in 1996.

Alexandra Davis , a 1-year-old when the settlement occurred, is suing to not be legally bound by that stipulation.

It is not clear why she filed the lawsuit now. But it looks like the payoff agreement had matured .

Exactly my point. We are the Chargers. We used to be a respectable franchise that was the class of the NFL. Jerry can't co exist with Jimmy and with Jimmy's team we limped to a SB 30 win. Since then we are the Chargers, Lions, Jets. We're the jokes of the NFL. When the last 25 seasons your owner/GM has more off the field distractions then playoff wins then there's a problem.

Jerry is a business man. He's not a leader, he's not a coach, he's not a football guy. He's a rich scumbag who has created more distractions and obstacles to winning football games than anyone else in the organization. The loss to the 49ers was an epitome of Jerry Jones. Undisciplined, unfocused, stupid decisions and a general feeling that we were happy to get there. That's Jerry's influence on the team. Just be happy you're here and if you win great, if not go celebrate losing cuz you deserve it. That attitude has manifested into the play on the field and that's why we're the Chargers, Lions and Jets now.
:hammer:.....this was the last year I take the bait. As long as Jerry is involved....we as a franchise ain't doing squat.

And i wonder with No Richie Dal around anymore, this personal matter was able to leak out into the press, social media, etc.
Rich and Jerry covered each others *****. A sycophant culture. Cheerleader thing,Rich with the ^ skirt stuff, and Jerry and child thing, which btw the Dallas media hid!!!

The question I have is was Booger's wife aware of this? And his children? Doubt they were aware but keeping this a secret from his wife would not be easy but if he did, his real problem may just be beginning.

What if she decides to file for a divorce and with the public embarrassment of this news in her corner, her settlement could put him in a hard place to fund that without being forced to sell the team. And it looks as though naming the boat after her was a good idea.

Needless to say, his public image, a produced public image at that, is going to suffer except with his rich buddies who look at this like a speed bump on their personal highways.

The best part is that he's been using the media for years and now they get to use him back just as they did with the strippers and it's personal which makes it even better. He wants to be a celebrity, welcome to the punch.

read the dang story of course his wife would know its a legal issue that was signed, sealed, paid, and delivered and now the alleged daughter is coming back for more money at 25 ..im sorry but this isnt a story nothing illegal , all civil ,and Jones did what he promised.

IMO this woman is doing a money grab and that actually not god look for her. i mean if Jones wanted to do more that cool but in no way is he obligated given he followed through on his legal promises.

Remember article 21, when they buried that conduct detrimental crap into Zekes behind? They might could have a similar clause for ownership, but I highly doubt it. Even if they do I still don't think the league pushes out a money maker like JJ. He's a nuisance to the league occasionally, but they just put him in his place and cash them checks.

Are we comparing an alleged assault (which is a crime) to an extra marital affair?

Yes, yes we are as it helps my case against Jerry.
I hate when anything legal crops into the forum. All these facebook lawyers pop up looking stupid.

have you been smoking crack on the party bus. This is a nothing burger. Him sell the team over this? bahahah. Kraft sleeping with woman that were sex trafficked is far worse..... oh, I mean getting massages.
it isnt about right and wrong, and nfl doesnt care what men think about it.
they care about what women think about it. It tarnishes the "image" of the nfl, and kraft tarnished it too, but to women this is worse, as jerry was married.
The pc crowd and women are the ones the nfl caters to /
Also in tv ratings the most wanted ratings are what women watch age 18-35, so what do they think about it?

The nfl wants these women to watch the games, networks will pay more for that than just high % of males.

A one year old child isn't considered a signatory of a legal document. There are rights for biological offspring even in Texas.

You assume the wife signed off on the agreement as well. Do you think this would be difficult for Booger to keep this on the lowdown from his family? Think his lawyers involved couldn't keep this quiet? Did a pretty good job for 25 years.

Nothing illegal but he's being tried in the court of moral judgment and he is definitely going to suffer in the public image he's tried to project. Cushy jobs for his children and pennies for his love child? He's a phony pos to a lot of people now but then I've always known what he was.
