I've missed a day here and there in my first 45 days on the program, that happens to everyone, but I'm seeing BIG time results.

In 45 days I've lost 23 pounds, I've went from size 42 pants down to size 38 (That happened in the first 30 days), I've went from 33% body fat to 25% thus far. It's awesome.

The thing is you do have to be patient, you do have to be committed. Yeah the hour a day is tough...but honestly how tough? I mean if you're doing any kind of workouts, be it at home or at the gym, you're working out a minimum of 1 hour anyway.

I personally found working these workouts in much easier than for sure making it to the gym for an hour a day 4-5 days a week.

I've enjoyed every moment of it and I'm always trying to push myself harder in every workout. I've seen improvements in my strength, stamina, and flexibility as well.

I too skip yoga and I do so because I'm not quite flexible enough to get into a large majority of the positions so while they're working hard, in their poses, I'm working to get into the pose the whole time and getting nothing out of it. I sub in Cardio X for yoga until I can get a bit more weight off, and a bit more flexible with the stretching DVD, before I'll tackle yoga head on again.
