Zeke was alright but not high priority. This second day needs to address the issues that will keep the Cowboys from being 8-8. The defense is still the most demanding issue but there are some value players to fill these issues. I for one see the DT position to rush the passer in the center as the most important player to use the 34th pick on. then corner, DE, DT , OLB (a pass rusher), then best player available.

A' Shawn Robinson - DT
Jarran Reed - DT
Kevin Dodd - DE
Noah Spence - DE
Su'A Cravens - OLB
Myles Jack - OLB

These would go a long way to making the Cowboy defense a top 10 and getting the Cowboys into the playoffs. CB is a position that I believe is thin and to rich for the Cowboys to pick until the 4th round or later. The QB position looks to have only backups available and should not be a priority to the 4th round or later. From the 4th round back I believe the Cowboys should take the best player available no matter what position that is.

We need DL help badly. Would like both if possible.

We will take a QB with either the 2nd rd or 3rd rd pick I would bet.

I like Dodd. While limited tape on him, think we can get the most out of him, which would be a steal at 34

No Ogbah?

He's built like a tank and ran a 4.69 at the combine.

You maybe right. Looking at his WARTS to see of he is good at collapsing pocket. This is the writeup:

WEAKNESSES: Still learning the nuances of the position. While highly thought of in the scouting community, Ogbah is battling the history of high-round picks from Oklahoma State who have failed to live up to expectations in the NFL.

COMPARES TO: Vinny Curry, Philadelphia Eagles - Ogbah is a balanced athlete with the physicality and coachable mentality that can be molded in the NFL, similar to Curry when he entered the league.

IN OUR VIEW: Ogbah is still learning the complexities of the position and lacks elite explosiveness, but he's a balanced athlete for his size and never shuts it down, exhibiting the effort needed to collapse the pocket. He will be a favorite in the building due to his work ethic and make-up.

We can use another interior pass rusher. The biggest short-term need is DE considering the 4-game suspensions for both of our projected starters. But we really need to add another DT. That being said, I think the DT class is deep enough that one will still be available in the 3rd. So maybe we should take advantage of DE while we still can.

I don't think he's a good enough athlete for the Cowboys to take that high.

Likely one of these three in round 2:

A' Shawn Robinson - DT
Kevin Dodd - DE
Connor Cook - QB

My guess is Dodd.

Dark horse: Myles Jack

He's 6'4 270 and ran a 4.65. He's an athlete for sure. He also played both RE an LE.

I'd take him for sure.

Give me Noah Spence, the most prolific pass rusher in this draft. My alternate pick is Ogbah. I'm hoping we'll make the most of our opportunity at pick #34.

I'm with you but if they scared him off and Ogbah has a clean character then just go with Ogbah.

At this point we need available players.

Tank getting popped for medication and Gregory not being able to lay off the weed has hurt us. We need someone dependable at this point.

I want to address the secondary. There are still some options at CB and SS. I think we can get a rotational DT with the 4th rd comp and some pass rush with the 4th.

2. Mackenzie Alexander
3. Von Bell
4. Tapper/Blair/Judon

Have you watched any OkieSt games Catch? He does have the measurables and looks great in a tank top, but the dude is lazy and takes plays off. He allows himself to get blocked, unlike a Bosa, etc. Those type of players scare me! But if Marinelli and Lett sign off I'm good with it.
