The free agents are stopgaps.

I would not call Fleming a stopgap hes only 25

Draft is in Dallas, Jerry likes to make headlines, so I don't see how we don't trade up and the guy I think they target is Derwin James.

DB's are headline players especially guys like James who has top 5 potential. Now with that being said it's going to cost us the 50th pick, but the guy has the ability to transform this defense.

What makes this possible. Allen Hurns giving us a #2 WR to play across from Dez, and adding a RT/ swing tackle allowing us to either move La'el back to LG or at least drop the priority level of the need to draft an o-linemen high.

The Cowboys have made the offense a priority in the FA period which makes me think they are going to show a heavy emphasis towards the defensive side of the ball.

Id easily give up our 3rd to go for James but the 2nd has me weary...I'll be a game time decision on that!
