exactly if we are going qb we go with the best, Paxton Lynch or Jared Goff, id go with Lynch dude is 6'7 and has a cannon arm

The silver lining is a top 5 draft pick...........the time to play for jobs was when we still had something to play for........that train has left the station already.

Work ethic isn't the issue with JG. From what I've read and heard, he's at VR burning the midnight oil every night. The problem is nearly every head coach in the league has 10-30 yrs more coaching experience than him. He truly should still be a coaching in training. Luckily for him, his family has a special relationship with the Jones family so he gets to learn while on the job while we all suffer.

if they draft a QB with 1st round pick, as I like the suggestion of Lynch, or Goff...then it will be a successful draft. Even if we have to wait a few years of him on the bench.

Back to "entitlement" for Jerruh's players again. Either from being drafted or otherwise some guys don't belong on ANY NFL roster but do because of Jerry's refusal to cut them for one reason or another.

We need a legit free coverage safety to go along with Jones, I agree, keep him at Safety no matter what.
We need speed speed speed on offense and defense.
We need to replace the RT right now.
We need a new young QB in the draft, get a kid who is accurate and high IQ - That's who Tom Brady is.
We need a new coach, or an innovative offensive coordinator.
We need better cover corners or at least one more.
We need better trainers and an amazing kick returner even if that's all he can do.
We need Jerry to to sell the team, but that's not going to happen.
