I would get two or 3 kids with 4.3 speed in this draft at receiver and develop them to be deep threats or slot guys/return guys.

There are so many issues with the team, I don't know how many changes can be made and if they will even make a difference next year. Fire the entire coaching staff? Good luck building that back up quickly. Only path I see that gives us some hope for next season is to draft Lynch or Goff to backup romo and give him and JG 1 last hoorah. This team still needs work on the defensive side.

We need a legit free coverage safety to go along with Jones, I agree, keep him at Safety no matter what.
We need speed speed speed on offense and defense.
We need to replace the RT right now.
We need a new young QB in the draft, get a kid who is accurate and high IQ - That's who Tom Brady is.
We need a new coach, or an innovative offensive coordinator.
We need better cover corners or at least one more.
We need better trainers and an amazing kick returner even if that's all he can do.

We need Jerry to to sell the team, but that's not going to happen.

I agree.

The silver lining is that 8-8 record would give red and the gang more rope to hang themselves with. A 2-14 record would bring a much needed house cleaning. I just wish this would also bring a real GM

Spaulding Jones is probably just about ready. He studied under the master.

This team was a play a way from playing in the title game. How in the hell did they get passed by so dramatically in one offseason?

Pretty crazy isn't it, esp. since it also felt like the Cowboys secured the best haul in the draft/UDFA!

Really? With all the issues with this roster that have been exposed, you would use three draft picks on fast receivers? Just to probably find a return man. Wow.

The biggest problem on this team is it's stale and slow offense. No one can get open right? We need speed in this offense, and by the way, we could use that in the return game as well. I'm not suggesting getting them in rounds 1-4, but we need that.

I'd like to see people coaching for their jobs instead of the lame effort from Jason. I bet he is home in bed every night and leaves right at 5pm while every other coach is pulling all nighters and sleeping at the office.

guess you have not noticed the bags under Garretts eyes

We absolutely need speed on this offense, we have nobody that can "take the top" off of this defense. Butler from the Raiders is supposed to have track speed but his hammies apparently are on loan from Miles Austin. Its like having a Ferrari with an 800 horse power motor and 2 flat tires.;)

We were highly compeitive in every game except against the Panthers which was a game doomed with 3 early turnovers. Were not as bad as people on this board may think, but we do have holes as every team does. We do need to upgrade the defense at dt, lb, and s, but we already knew that going into this year. We need a young back who can break arm tackles, and to seriously consider drafting a future qb in this draft.

To do list for the Cowboys:

Fire Ginger
Use second pick in the draft for Christian Hackenberg
Upgrade secondary through free agency and draft
Get rid of O line coach

Hackenberg?.....really. I'm missing something there.
