Haley, Norton, Washington

Honorable mention to Pup. Woody, Lett and Deion were more talented than 3 chosen but those 3 put the nasty in that 90's defense.

Haley and Norton were the attitude that made the Dallas defense of the 90's !!!

I'll go with Woodson, Sanders, and Haley. I always like Chad Hennings also. He went to high school about an hour away from my home town.

Safe to assume he doesnt qualify as a 90's team player since he was a rookie in 1999 but I loved me some Dat Nguyen

1. Darren Woodson
2. Bill Bates
3. Haley

I never looked at the defense as individual players so I had no favorites.

Darren Woodson
Leon Lett
Chad Hennings

Brock Marion was close, but I remember him more from his time in Miami than I do in Dallas

Woodson, converted college linebacker, leader/play caller in the secondary, skill to cover slot receivers and tight ends, play in the box and can absolutely smash people setting the tone on defense
Lett, so disruptive in the middle, brought pressure up the middle, stuffed runs, something Dallas needs today
Tony Tolbert, under rated player imo with his two bad knees with Haley on the other side getting most of the credit

bonus. Kenneth Gant, special teams demon, that put fear into other teams on special teams
