Man this games is so important. If we win, things are going to be great in the universe. The zone will be filled w loving threads. Dak will be heralded and all will be good in Cowboys land.

If we lose, man.....it's going to be a nightmare. The national and local press are going to unleash super doom and gloom articles. The zone will be filled w angry and miserable threads

One reason not to be patient Jason Garrett who's had one winning/playoff season in his 5 full seasons as head coach. See if you can find another head coach in the NFL who's had a record as poor as that over the past decade and is still coaching the same team.

1) Rookie quarterback who will get better each game.

2) Rookie running back who will read his blocks better with time.

3) Read the above
I don't disagree.

Those are the two things that actually keep me interested.

Otherwise what is there?

Oh wait, should I be excited that we get major players back from suspension or injury to take us to the big win in miracle fashion?

Think about it.

Has any NFL champion, EVER, had that kind of scenario develop?

Besides the Kurt Warner Cinderella story, I can't think of one.

Most of the time, if they even got remotely close it was because someone stepped up in a prominent way but still fell short.

Jeff Fisher has made a career of underachieving.

You can change the coach as many times as you want but the problem is far bigger than him. We are hoping that a coach can coach in spite of what the real problem is.

So you are saying that getting Gregory and Lawrence doesn't help?

Help? Sure. But be a tonic, no.

If two unreliables give me hope, then I must he completely blind to reality.
I'm not sure what you are trying to say. They will help this defensive line out. Will they result into a championship? Probably not but is that the bar?

The OL has to play a LOT better if there is to be any hope.

Its only one game. There was a bunch of guys who need to step their game up in week 2. After about 8 weeks we will get a assessment this roster. If this team suffers again the pressure will be on Garrett.
