Jerry Jones stated earlier in the year that he felt like the offense should score everytime they had the ball...two things...continued protection problems from an O-line that has been together an entire year and Parcells propensity for playing not to lose...couple that with a raw quarterback and there you have it...i
told my wife after the New Orleans game that "something by somebody" was going to happen before the end of the season...it happened tonight...horrible call on the hitch to Glenn...but how much faith did Parcells have in his offensive line; standing on the one yard line...perhaps a safety was just meant to be in that situation...
IMO, the game was essentially lost on third and one at 17-13...they could've made Seattle one-dimensional or at least put them in a forcing situation...two possession game, instead of one...everytime the offense reeled off a big play, the coaching went conservative but yet they throw a hitch on their own one yard line...then Williams gives up the TE touchdown, for the upteenth time this year...for all the talk of the patchwork Seattle secondary, they looked pretty good to me...of course the gameplan was'nt to attack them with any tenacity...this one's on Romo...long off season for the lad...i'll have sympathy for him tomorrow...i could broil a hamburger on my head right now...
