Nope not at all. I enjoy all football...always have.
Point is everybody hanging props on Dak...and that’s cool. I get it

We all wanna see it in the playoffs.. But the playoffs are three weeks away.. So why not enjoy what's in front of us? Today was an amazing performance by Dak and the offense. After the shaky start he righted himself and absolutely strafed what had been the #2 pass defense in the league coming in. This games dispelled more than its share of myths.

1) Dak can't win without a dominant running game..
2) Dak can't beat winning teams..
3) Dak can't beat playoff teams..
4) Dak can't win big games..
5) Dak can't shine against good defenses.

All of those canards took a beating today. I enjoyed the win if for no other reason than it will cause his detractors to have to tie themselves in knots to discredit him this week.. though I have little doubt that they will find a way.. And they will look like complete buffoons doing it. That will be almost as entertaining as this game was.

Oh I wouldn't go that far. I don't think either Brown or Smith is head and shoulders above Lamb.. if they are above him at all. And truth be told when he wasn't getting beat trying to cheat up and make a splash play Diggs kinda neutralized Brown. Neither of their receivers could beat Diggs physically.. so they got him mentally. Good on them.. but I don't think they catch him like that again..

Good analogy for me is NYY Arron Judge...sets HR record and all kinds of accolades in regular season then lays a huge egg in playoffs when they desperately needed the kind of talent he always displays in regular season then folds like cheap cardboard in playoffs.... sure he’s a superstar but until he leads or at least does nothing to impede his team from success in playoffs....what is he really?

Other than the 49er game last postseason, Dak has played really well in the playoffs.

I get that the team didn't win but that doesn't mean Dak was bad in those games

So the requirements of being a fan are being delusionally positive? This team has severe problems. I said I’d take a win any day against the Eagles in the postgame thread but that does not revoke any issues seen in this game and the past games. The defense has severe issues. Dak still has cold starts. Defense is waning. Offensive playcalling is still terrible. Clock management is also bad. Calling these out and preparing for the worst when it comes to this team that always falters doesn’t negate me being a fan. Sure I’m not the positive force everyone on this board wants me to be doesn’t mean I’m not a fan.
