If the Eagles finish 2-3, then yes, 4-0 will be enough. We're not getting a wildcard. But I think you're overestimating the Lions. They're not that good. The Giants held them in check for 3 quarters. They couldn't move the ball against the Eagles. The only reason they looked good on offense is because they were playing us.

What the Cowboys did is win enough to get a mediocre draft pick when they could have been drafting in the top 5. And as we saw last night, the defense is not fixed.

We need to use our picks on defence in the draft and hopefully tonight has shown Jerry that, just in case he was thinking of going Oline as usual.

This team is so screwed. They currently sit at -47 million over next year's cap (Yeah I know that can be fixed by reworking salaries), no 2nd or 3ed round picks, and still rarely sign any significant free agents. Yet we desperately need to rebuild the LB's, Secondary and even the OL has looked suspect.

They have 2 first round picks...and the space can easily be freed up.

Team is in a good spot for 2026, just sucks that the 25 run ended

Look man I don't speak French or whatever that is supposed to be so I'm not sure what that means..

No our defense isn't good enough to win games where they allow 30 points, we've already seen that they're creating problems..

The biggest problem was the trenches last night and yes I give the defense this little bit of a caveat The three turnovers by our receivers and tight ends didn't help short fields from our special teams didn't help they are not good enough to overcome that so I get your point yes these other games are winnable we probably will win out but that doesn't make last night any less horrific That is a 15 car pileup with six deaths it's a it's a it's train wreck of epic proportions it was a nuclear driven train that exploded last night.

All those problems that we thought we had fixed came back to roost last night and I don't think I care about who the next opponent is Another primetime game which I wish they would move to noon the worst part of this games like last night is having to watch it late at night where you can't sleep your anxiety your blood pressure all goes up...

They move that Sunday night game to Sunday afternoon give somebody else to prime time we've been playing so many night games and prime time games we don't even deserve it but as a fan I want the last 4 games to all be at noon please on Sunday at noon can we please change it.. .

You also "thought" we could win out. If anything was apparent from watching yesterday's game it's that winning out is NOT a given.

Both of Dak's interceptions were not his fault. Both passes were thrown right at his WRs chests. Our WRs caused those interceptions, not Dak.

It's also very hard to start fast at all when then rest of the offense refuses to show up to play. The Oline sucked all game long and got dominated by only standard 4 man defensive fronts. 4 D-linemen against our 5 O-Linemen, yet Dak had pressure on him right away all game long, plus we had absolutely no running game while the only WR who did show up to play (CeeDee) was lost with a concussion in the 1st Half.

Also, this dumb badunk of a head coach absolutely sucks at player personnel decisions, who to play or who to sit, what kind of stubborn offensive scheme he feels is best against better teams, calls horrible plays during key drives and pressure situations, and always gets outcoached by the better teams' D-Coordinators (some even younger than him). This head coach prefers to be best buddies with the players instead of pushing them hard consistently to become better players no matter who is the opponent. This head coach is another Jason Garrett, and his defensive coordinator whom he fights for should have been fired over a month ago.

I'm not even posting about the interceptions, I'm pointing out that for some reason Dak comes out of the gate SLOW, slow in his reads, SLOW with his passes. For some reason it takes the offense 2 to 3 quarters to get going. WHY????

Bigger question for me is, could they fix what the hell i watched thursday night if they do make it? That was bad and i have no desire to watch THAT in a wildcard round..maybe it was the 3 game stretch got to them but man THAT team doesnt need to be in the playoffs... now if they can fix it lets see.

This being said....we have to get TDs instead of FGs, and the offense has to score on their last possessions.

No...I'm not giving the defense a pass. They suck. But Dak and the offense are elite right? No TDs in the 1st half, five field goals, and no scores on our last two possessions, when we really needed something...is not elite and isn't helping the defense KNOW is bad.
