If 81 had made comments like this, he wouldve been crucified. So in the grand scheme, Roy has gotten a pass especialy considering he's made more excuses than game changing plays.

OF COURSE it matters, the money tied up in Roy is NOT available for OTHER PLAYERS. Do you guys get this? THAT is why people are upset with the enormous amount of resources given to Roy Williams. It isn't *my* draft pick either, but I still am pissed about the ones we don't have since we gave them away to get Roy.

There is a finite amount of money available with the cap - the money flushed to pay Roy is money that we could use to, I dunno, sign Miles to a long deal. The amount of money you can shell out for salary is NOT ENDLESS.

Roy Williams has failed to live up to expectations this season and he has received plenty of negative media attention because of it.

Certainly not like what Terrell Owens would have received, but he exists for media attention.

The player who has really been given a pass this season is tight end Martellus Bennett. He's a big time talent and has completely fizzled this year after a promising rookie campaign and '09 training camp.

M80 is lucky Roy has been getting chewed on by the DFW media, it's kept the spotlight off his surprising lack of production as a receiver.

I was excited at first, then hated how much we gave up for him. Then I saw exactly how average he was, while everyone was giving him a chance this offseason - I was fogging out the anti-Roy bandwagon. He's a mediocre possession receiver, that makes no explosive plays, has a very low football IQ, and has constantly made excuses since he got here.

We're paying him like he's one of the best 10 receivers in the league - but he's only the 3rd or 4th best receiver on this team.

Call me when he breaks out, because he has seen man coverage since he got here and hasn't capitalized. Romo never looks his way, and after his choke job last week - I'm sure he will see less balls as we make our playoff run.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Name one player we could not resign because of the amount Jerry is paying RW. Bet you can't do it. You know why? There has not been one. Silly posters love to rant about Jerry, but rarely do they bring any relevant facts to back up their goofy claims. But if it makes you feel better, by all means go ahead and continue to cry about RW. I am sure Jerry cares a lot about your opinion.
