Given the length of the suspension, He probably will appeal...would be very surprised if he didn't. Given how long it took for them to suspend him, I can't imagine the appeal being filed/resolved in one week. Pretty sure we'll see him week one.

He probably could...don't know for sure. In his case, though, I don't think an appeal makes sense. He needs more time to do basic working out.
