Yeah, I just can't imagine a team lead by a 7th round rookie winning a Super Bowl when QBs like Mahomes, Allen, Brady, Rodgers, etc exist in the playoffs.
If Purdy can beat 3-4 top quality teams/QBs in a row, then I will be astonished (and happy for him frankly).
Yeah...the Super Bowl is a whole other animal. AFC is chock full of stud QBs.
Mainly talking about the NFC here.
We all know Rodgers and Brady have had sub-par years but are the two that most teams probably fear in the NFC (not their teams overall, just them)
The 49ers "might" face one of them...maybe neither.
The rest of QBs in the NFC don't strike fear, even if Hurts was having a great year pre-injury.
They are ok, but they don't have playoff skins.
Hey, in the end, anyone betting on a particular team to make the SB from the NFC has long odds.
I don't know what they are, but I suspect odds are against any one team making it.
Someone will make it, but who is a toss-up
