Fair analysisJack of all trades master of none. Good pickup. Solid player.
By farIs he any better than what the Cowboys already have at backup TE?
Ticket radio suggesting that Cowboys wanted Chris Kolar TE, but Baltimore picked Kolar who went one pick earlier b4 Cowboys ....
Hornybrook???? Now that's a name right there but I think it would be better placed in a different industry.Looks like he's use to catching the ball from weak armed QB's.... Dak Approves
I remember that. Dude is trash at blocking.remember when Shutlz was supposed to be a great blocker? now he doesnt even try to block CBs anymore.
and Mckeon is already developing, don't count him out.Fair analysis
Not a great but willing blocker
Not fast but good catch radius and uses his body well
If we let Schultz walk next year then TE will be on the need list but he’s could be a decent number 2
We’ve had some success developing TE, Schultz was not considered a good receiver coming out but developed well
They seem to love McKeon but we haven’t seen much of him. They haveand Mckeon is already developing, don't count him out.
we seem to forget players from recent drafts like Mckeon, Ball, Farinkok, SemiF, & vasher etc etc these guys could develop. We aren't whole heartedly depending on this draft alone to fill recent holes..I wouldn't completely write off Mcgovern either.
this is what OTas, Mcs, TC, and pS are for..positon battles start very soon and players from last year and already on the roster will have some say in it..
Dak needs 100 yards on the ground to win. TE's that can stret h vertically are known for being poor blockers. So what you're suggesting might do more harm than it does good. Besides the TE you're talking about is already on this team. His name is Sean McKeon.Cool. Turd Ferguson to Dallas. Such a Cowboys! pick.
God forbid we get a TE that can stretch vertically.
