Oakland is a good team, but right now they are having a problem getting it together.
Most do not believe they can or will go 0-4, mainly because they have Moss.
I know Moss has torched us everytime we have played against him, since he has come into the league, and we have no reason to think that it will be any different now, especially with the way our secondary has been burned these first 3 weeks.
Well, I say and I believe that Norv's system right now is holding back Moss, right now. I worded it that way but, but it is really not the case.
In Minnesota, Moss was the first option, and the only option most times, so the majority of their plays had Moss's name on them.
In Oakland, in Norv's offense he likes to run the ball and get everyone else involved, yet he likes to go down the field with the ball, but in doing that he wants to spread it around to Porter, Gabriel, Whitted, Curry and the TEs that they have as well as passes to his RBs. In doing that Moss is actually being held in check, by his own team.
Teams have always geared their defense to stop Moss, but never could, they may have outscored the vikings , but Moss always got his.
I say he may get 1 or 2 big plays, but that will be it, for him, hopefully they do not result in TDs, or just 1.
I just think that Turner does not want Collins looking soley for Moss, and in that Moss has not really been himself, so to speak.
But when they end up 0-4, I think Turner will change up his offense somewhat and make Moss the focal point and then we will see the Moss that we have been use to seeing.
But for one more game, the raiders offense will not be clicking, like it should with Moss in the lineup.
Our secondary in this game will show that they have learned their lesson.
With the speed that the raiders have, our DBs will have to be focused or get torched all game, so I believe this game will bring out the best in them, and they will build from there.
So I think we will end up 7-1. I believe that loss to the skins, just means a win against the eagles, I had already predicted that we would split with them this season, but since that losss to the skins, we take that back with another win from the eagles.
