Yup...I am hearing we might cut Malik Davis. Its a bad mistake
Trying to sneak him through waivers is a bad idea...

I am willing 2 say Hendershot will get picked ^ fast if we either cut him or leave him on the PS. Furthermore, he will be a star in this league because he might be the best TE route runner, best hands and most fluid, that was in this last draft in 2022. Thats high praise(for an UDFA) but this kid has alot of Jay Novacek in him.Probably carry only 3 TE with Hendershot to the PS

Sprinkle was not cut. He was put on IR.Cuts are
LB Christian Sam (waived/injured)
TE Jeremy Sprinkle (injured)
WR Jaquarii Roberson

Really? I don’t think so at all. DLaw broke his foot his rookie year, came back and at least showed SOME flash in the PO game against Detroit. Romo maybe benefited from a QB situation that was pitiful but he earned a spot and he played well in preseason action. And Dak was insanely good in preseason, I’m not sure how you can say he didn’t earn a roster spot.If that is the approach this team took we would’ve cut Romo and Dak….Demarcus Lawrence too.
Not necessarily with the way IR works now. But I’d bet that with the plethora of TE they have now he won’t be activated from IR.Wow. So that means he’s out for the year as far as Dallas is concerned.
I would like to keep him as the RB3. I do like Dowdle too, but I like the way Davis runs. He’s tough and appears to have nice vision, which is one of my favorite traits for a RB.
Maybe they’ll keep 4.
You still have to cut them to put them on IR later. https://www.bloggingtheboys.com/202...teran-tight-end-jeremy-sprinkle-christian-samSprinkle was not cut. He was put on IR.
Dak in camp wasn’t very good. He was third string behind Romo and Moore. He was battling Showers.Really? I don’t think so at all. These IMO aren’t comparable to Wrights situation; okay he had some injuries and that’s fair, but he’s playing poorly now. Let him play it out the rest of preseason but I’m not how he fits the 53 bc I don’t think anyone feels comfortable if he has to start at CB

I think you are right. But, they still have to pay him. They must be hedging their bets.As far as I know. If you go on IR prior to week one, you stay there or the team has to release you to sign elsewhere.
