Looking back over the last 50 years, we Cowboy fans have been blessed at the Quarterback position compared to the rest of the league.

There's always more to than just QB rating but just looking at that dating back to 1971, I was able to look at:
1--The Dallas Cowboy's QB Rating for that year
2--The Average QB rating for the league in that year
Compare the two and we can get a pretty good reading of some of our best performing years.
I have the full 50 years of results but here are the 15 best according to how great the Passer Rating was in the year it occurred.

- Staubach 1978___84.9/65 (1st)
- Aikman 1993___99/76.7 (2nd)
- Romo 2014___113.2/88.9 (1st)
- White 1982___91.1/73.4 (4th)
- Romo 2011___102.5/84.3 (4th)
- White 1981___87.5/72.9 (5th)
