No one ever is part of that movement until we drop a game and for the rest of the week we will hear how we will never win another game, the draft talk starts up and my favorite who is the next HC. Don't get me wrong I'm very excited about the prospect of this team and Romo but sometimes it is like a broken record around here. When you get down to it 1 game at a time is not much of a cliché but just the simple truth in today’s NFL where 1 min teams are looking very good and the next they look like sh**

This team is going in a new direction. There won't be any letdowns. There I go again saying something someone will think is asinine. Watch it happen folks. This team is about to become galvanized and I see Romo emerging as a leader of that movement.

For the first 6 weeks? Yes.. for the most part I watched every game dreading the inevitable big mistake that would sink our ship. As of the second half of the game against the gnats I now watch with much anticipation of the good things this team will now begin to do on a regular basis.

If we want this season to be anything at all, we have to win this week.

But if you have any designs on being a playoff team at the end of the season, I don't think anyone would argue that you have to beat the 2-5's on your schedule.

And as soon as we drop a game the sky will once again be falling. People do this all the time they get way ahead of themselves start looking at the schedule and saying we win this one and this one and when it does not happen some of you start freaking out all over again. It just gets old. Dallas did very well last Sunday but this team has to learn to be consistent. I’m not saying this team will not be 6-3 but right now they have shown they can win a game and lose a game we have not shown the ability as of yet to win 4 or 5 games in a row.

Man, Romomania is at a high pitch isn't it?

I just can't look down the road to a 6-3 record.

Any team is capable of beating any other team any given Sunday. I'm just hoping Romo improves on his Panther performance. This should really be the test game since Carolina really didn't as much film on Romo.

I'm cautiously optimistic, but I'm not going to predict 6-3 going into the Indy game.

I hope we win every game we play and I think Dallas has the personnel to win every single game but I have watched the NFL long enough to know things don't always happen the way it may look on paper. Teams like the Skins and even the Cards do have some good players capable of going out and playing very good football and so while some may look ahead against a team like the colts I'll look at the game ahead of us and think about the other teams as we get to them.

Prolly right. But I say one game at a time, irrespective of team records. This Dallas team is capable of a 3 game winning streak easily.

Flip the coin, they cold very easily lose 3 in a row.

Yeah. I understand the whole 1 game at a time cliche. That's all wonderful. However, Last week I said the pivotal game that would make the true difference on this road trip was the Carolina game. We win that and the confidence gained from that would carry over into the next two. Rest assured, this is a quiet confidence. Bill is not going to let this team get too high. At the same time they now have something to be excited about. Spreading the love on offense has a rippling effect on both sides of the ball. The defense gets jacks watching the offense provide that cushion in spectacular fashion and the offense gets up simply due to the fact that Romo shares the wealth and moves the ball.

Bill won't have this team looking beyond any single game but we will return home 6-3.

If we are going to dream let's dream big. Yes, 6-3 and 5-3 and 7-3 all are nice and sweet but hell let's do a Pittsburgh...13-3 Regular season and win the Super Bowl. And they did it with a rookie QB. Yes it's nuts but I won't limit my dreams. Ask for the sky.

Dude you might be wrong about 6-3 but I hope not and I like your optimism. Sometimes a little blind faith and crazy predictions are a breath of fresh air compared to the measured cliche's and coach speak. Go ahead and predict 7-3 with yo bad self.
