Those of you that listen to The Break, did you catch them talking (yesterday) about how Ezekiel Elliot is 86-9 since starting his sophomore year in high school?

That's pretty damn impressive! Kid just radiates winning. Glad he's on our Cowboys!

I would never allow anything to get in the way of winning. Some folks have no clue of what it feels like to win a Super Bowl. They'll soon find out.

I didn't say YOU did that, I was adding clarity to the beta personalities you were referring to.

That's pretty much every Alabama player for the past 10 years. LOL

Yup, and if I were Jones and crew, I'd look to pull guys from that team at least once in a draft.

That is pretty extreme. He's definitely not used to losing.

I bet most NFL players played on more winning teams than not...especially if you include high school....just maybe not to that degree.

Colt McCoy for example.
Won at every level...until he didn't

In Zeke's case, he's just a stud.

If he played at Illinois (and the Cleveland Browns), I suspect his record might be a bit worse though.

I'm just glad we have him

Drafting Alabama players can be tricky. Many of them don't pan out. They're so good collectively that they all look better than they actually are.

Trent Richardson, Nick Fairley, Dre Kirkpatrick, Kareem Jackson, Mark Barron, Dee Milliner, Ro McClain, Mark Ingram, DJ Fluker......

There are obviously some good ones, but a lot of "meh", too.

I wouldn't look to strip their team or anything, just get a guy from there every year.

.....Nick Fairley,

Nick Fairley went to Auburn

The only Alabama player on our team that I can think of is Rolando McClain. We seem to be doing alright without them. I am particularly skeptical of Alabama runningbacks but Henry has done pretty well so far. I do think he will have a short career.

I would argue that our defense could use some Alabama blood. Lots of it.
