We'll play better if we get better coaching. Just ask New England and Belicheat. He brings in a guy just as bad as TO in Moss (lazy) and he finds a way to be near the top of the league every year. Meanwhile, all we can do is sit around and blame player after player every year. We bring people in, we move them out.

I agree with the bringing players in and out all the time needs to stop so we can learn to play together but we do the same with coaches too. I'm not ready to give up on phillips just yet. As for Moss and T.O. Moss has seemed to have straightend up and I'm not sure T.O. could stop being who he is.

Try having Brady at QB the whole year and the team not win and see how great Moss's attitude is. TO didn't start talking until we started losing.

You could actually feel the tension when TO, Witten, and Romo gave the after game interview after the Giants win last year.
