A few discussion points

1. Will Arizona attempt to win, or are they already playing for a draft pick?

2. Green Bay’s pick is now down to #24. If that pick drops down to the 20-22 range I would say that’s better than we could have hoped for barring an injury to the QB.

3. Half of me (the part with a brain) says this Cowboys team is headed no where and we need to be sellers at the trade deadline and tank for draft position.

The other half (the part with the heart) says that some of our losses don’t look quite as bad at this point. Parity is alive and well. A few players coming back, plus maybe a single impactful trade might give this team a shot to sneak into the playoffs and pull a “Giants.”

Best scenario is Overshown and Revel are slowly mixed back into the defense and come away healthy for next year.

We should look to unload a few players who 1. Won't be here next year b won't net much of a comp if at all 3. We have a surplus in ie TJ Bass.

We should also look for good vets who have 2 or more years left in a contract whi may not be superstars but improvements ie Logan.

I’m to the point we’re I love it when they win, and when they lose, I am mostly over it within hours. Used to take the rest of the week to get over a loss.

1) NFL teams don’t tank, especially only halfway through the season.

2) Regular season doesn’t matter unless they don’t make the playoffs. If they go in at 10-7 and win the Super Bowl, the pick is still #32. They’re going to have to really bottom out to not get a playoff spot but we can hope!

3) It would be a huge shock if the Cowboys made he playoffs. There are six teams ahead of them dor the wild card and at least three already have the tie breaker. We should be sellers, 100%. Only exception, imo, is if we get a young, under contract all-pro Edge or CB. That’s the only thing I’d use firsts on.

They will attempt to win. they will have more success than they have had. they have not scored 30 points yet. and they have had similar success against top 10ish defense to bottom feeding defenses. so not sure what to make of them. they seem to have hit stride in last 3 games. and that's bad news for us.

I expected the GB pick be between 28-32.

all of me says this cowboys team is headed no where. they will probably win the next two, against two of the worse offenses in the league. but then comes the gauntlets of good offenses that will just destroy our defense and our offense won't be able to keep up.

so I expect us to be 5-4-1 and fans get giddy and then a 7 game losing streak is a real possibility.
