a friend's book

A friend on my soccer team got her book published. I have been on the team for 2 1/2 years and for a majority of that time her husband has been deployed in Iraq. She has written about the whole situation of being a wife while her husband is serving his country. I have not had a chance to read it yet, but I figured I would let you guys know about it. I will probably buy one from her at our next soccer match. Perhaps you know of others in similar situations or are in need of Christmas gift ideas.
