A frustrating win

The decision making is my concern because typically he makes good decisions. He's not getting pressured... I don't know if receivers aren't getting open, he's not seeing the open receiver or they're taking away Schultz so he's oblivious after that. But whatever the problems are, they need to be fixed while we have a little time left.

I’m seeing a combination of giving up on plays too early, reacting to open receivers late, and then total brain farts with no thinking at all.

Dak looks bad.

We NEED a TE in this draft. I saw a dominant performance from a kid either this or last weekend that I'd like to try to get.

Hopefully the fact that Dak was at least running a little today is a sign that he's getting past his injury and coming back to his pre-injury form.

It sucks that I can’t feel good after a big division win but Prescott and the offense played so poorly that I can’t. The funk continues and unless it’s fixed, we can’t be serious contenders.
It’s definitely a concern. Diagnosing the symptoms and then providing the cure could be iffy since it appears to rest on our strengths which might not be completely healthy.

Martin and Smith both went out. Our OL is compromised if they’re not healthy. Zeke obviously still hurting. And Dak certainly hasn’t looked the same since calf strain. All big concerns.

Maybe we can rest them after we lock up division and out of home field seeding.

Some of us see more than absolutes.
Enjoy that! All that matters from week to week is winning vs losing. Everything else is lipstick on a pig. I only worry about the little details after a loss.

Yes, they can be, serious contenders, with an average offense. If the defense continues to get healthy and continues to improve, they could carry this team.

In January, it's better to have an elite defense that can readily cause turnovers than a high-flying offense. Defense wins championships.

The offense and Dak especially have to hold onto the ball. Wayyyy too many turnovers, and sometimes at the worst times. If they can simply fix that, with this defense, that may be enough to carry this team far. I like their chances.

Stash you need to get the word out because there are still a whole lot of deniers. This wont cut it in the playoffs.

I guess if we’re not blindly happy with a bad offensive performance in a win, we’re “haters”.

WFT has a pretty good defense, even better when they are fully healthy. However, their O was completely not ready for the Dallas D! It was a defensive game any way you look at it and we came out on top. Pretty Happy about that!

The worst part of the game for me was not throwing 3rd down plays past the first down marker. If it were 3rd and 10 then we throw 5 yards. If it's 3rd and 4 then we throw 2 yards. Just awful play designs, or QB1 has a case of the Romo's, aka dump it off to the closest receiver.

Why does Zeke continue to run deep wideout routes, has he ever caught a deep ball? It looks awkward. I love throwing to him in the flat but not on deep routes, just hasn't worked, or I'm forgetting something.

Dak is a good runner but he looks awkward when running, doesn't know weather to slide or throw or what, he looks confused. I blame coaching and everyone being over protective of him. He needs to just play with more instinct. If Dallas is going to make a playoff run, we actually need Dak taking off and running a whole bunch.

We should never use a timeout in the second half on defense, didn't matter, but we should always plan for worst case scenario. Just bad game management.

Schultz got shut down hard today. Rough game. We should let Schultz walk at end of season and consider a TE in the draft next year, it's that important.

Why can't you feel good? We don't know what is going to happen. And anyone that says they do is full of BS. They say. Oh. If we play like this or we play like that. Then XYZ team will murder us.

They don't know that. And neither do we. Just like they had no idea what would happen in this game vs. Washington.

They don't know. Feel good about the win. If you can't find it in yourself to feel good about a win.

Then you need counseling.

Seek help immediately.

KMoore and Dak's performance killed "Killer Instinct" today. That quick screen got overused like a Hooker on pay day.
