There are so many posts going on right now, disappointments, who to blame, etc

I want to try and keep this short but it might not be so please bare with me.

The Patriots and Chiefs are outliers. But the lesson to be learned with them is you need a good QB and a good coach to be a dynasty.

I don't have the exact numbers but the Patriots and the chiefs were in, or close to being in, 2/3rds of the last quarter century super bowls.

As much as I love Tom Brady and respect Mahomes, they needed their counter parts.

I am on record of not liking Dak and frankly I think if we made it to a SB, he would still probably choke.

But with Dak and Romo, we should at least have 2 more super bowls... MINIMUM.

Jerry's insistent of hiring a work in progress coaches and coaching staff has cost us and continues to cost us. This game is not only won on the field with super heroic play by your stars, it's won by being a chess master and playing for inches and yards.

We have not had that since parcels and jimmy. I will give some credit to McCarthy, but when the big games were on the line, the lack of preparation and the in game adaptaton, we're not there.

If Jerry wants to win now he will hire a Coach that is a game master, a clock manager, a mentor, and a disciplinarian.

If we had a coach that could manage every game as if it was our super bowl game, this would give us the chance to win.

Unfortunately, like others have stated, we continue to hire likeable yes men to be our CEO and the results speak for themselves.

Griping about players poor performance every other week is just another fun way to keep the cowboys relevant. If this team was built right, it would be able to overcome occasional poor performances because everyone else would be doing their jobs.
