Was it? I don't see how it matters if nobody wanted or mentioned the guy before the draft. Unless they'd specifically said they didn't like the player. Nobody on the site had brought the idea of drafting him, and I don't believe anybody knew much about him at all when we did. Either way, that's immaterial to the quality of the pick.
