I have said this repeatedly and found both allies and opponents on that observation.
Wade Phillips' personality has somehow permeated into the locker room and his body language plus the lack of leadership is evident.
Being a lame duck and acting likewise has not helped either.
Look at his body language at the pressers,it's the same ol' song and dance.
As for Tony,I see a QB with a ton of ability,yet kinda immature.
His confidence is in the dumps because they want to make him something he is not.
Last year they tried to turn him into Tom Brady.
This year he is driving the bus.He's a natural gunslinger.Live and die with that...before him when was the last time we were excited about our QB?
The man is so confused his mechanics are disastrous.
Let Tony Romo be Tony Romo....the one we had in 2007.He may have had picks,but there were a lot of TDs there.

Get rid of Phillips,the sooner the better,before this becomes unrepairable.Next week before the bye will be a perfect time to do it and cleanse Valley Ranch of Yuck Yuckiness.
