A new Cowboys fan just arrived!!!

Hey Zoners,

I just wanted to share some great news with you all. Last night, August 24th, at 7:16pm my baby son was born. He weighed at 6.7 lbs and measured at 19.5 inches (he was a couple of weeks early). Mommy and baby are both doing great. And he is absolutely beautiful (if i say so myself).

The greatest day of my life. Those of you who have children understand this, there are just no words to describe how i feel now. I'm getting teary eyed just typing this message to you all.

Mods, i know this post is out of place, but i hope you let it stay here for a day or two before you move it to the members zone.

Actually, my two are good people. Daughter 16 and son 13. Just good people.

And you're right Ethiostar, once a baby comes out, your definition of love changes.

Congrats Ethiostar!! Tell mom we are glad for the baby that his looks must of came from her. : Just kidding...maybe.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. We brought him home last night and the sleepless nights have begun for the parents. But it appears that he is starting to feed well and then sleep for 3-4 hours so that's a good sign.

I have helped raise 10 out of 15 nieces and nephewes but i still welcome any advise from those of you who have been parents for a while.

His name is Adaam. It is essentially the same name as Adam but when pronounced in my language the spelling is closer to Adaam. Kind of like how Micheal is spelled Mikel, Mikale, etc... depending on what country you're from.
