Norv would be awesome, he is very good with the QBs. But, having said that, I don't think that the offensive play calling is the real problem. Norv can't fix a bad O-line and defense. I am hoping that, regardless of if Parcell's goes, we bring in a good Defensive coordinator that can make schemes on his own without having to be micro-managed by the head coach.

Unlike a lot of folks, I think Zim will land on his feet and do well on another team that runs a 4-3 Defense, but he is simply not a good coach for the 3-4. Bad situation for him to be in.

I Agree...well Then Bring Back The 4-3 .....and Beef Up The Line Some.....we Need Draft Picks And A Couple Real Good Free Agents Pick Ups.....
