Romo's playoff record 2-4 and a 93 rating
Dak's playoff record 2-4 and a 92.3 rating

Sure Dak earned that record in less time and though they each have some different skill sets the results are the same. So regardless how anyone wants to argue Romo vs Dak they're virtually the same QB in what they have delivered.
So time adjust….that about
Romo 99.4
Dak 92.5

also, 3 of the 4 Romo era losses came down to the wire on freaky plays.
I get it, a loss is a loss but……a starting QB playing special teams? A game ending/winning pass not caught because a broken WR route? An overturned catch that would change the catch rule?

Romo and Dak are the same guy. You are what your record is and both have identical playoff records of not getting it done. Everything else is quibbling over irrelevancies.
I likem both ok
Definitely are not the same guy though

Who's choking on that, every post of yours is undying love for Dak... that's just odd if you over an adult. And let's see if he's the QB in 3 years, if he's gone, you will no longer choke on his...
No, you just can't handle anyone supporting our QB. I won't be bullied by the loser mob mentality by you or anyone. Period. Weak minded and disrespectful little wannabe bully mentality.

You do realize that the average passer rating has been markedly higher for Dak's career than it was for Romo's? The less than 1 point of difference between the 2 despite that speaks towards Romo being a higher tier as a passer than Dak.
This
Adjusted it's not all that close

But to be fair, Dak's career rating is good, regardless of era. It's just that given the decade-earlier start date, Romo's is even more impressive.

They are both chokers who can't handle more than 25 attempts a game. Otherwise they will give the game away. And neither one could rise to the moment in the big playoff games.

Here’s the comparison 2-4 and 2-4 they both leave a little to be desired in different ways

We have been going back and forth with each other on this bs for all of Daks tenure and the truth of the matter is the Jones buffoons have handicapped them both

I could say I can’t wait till next era begins but truth be told I just don’t care as long as it’s still ran by the Jones boys there’s a strong likelihood it will fall short of SB

For now I enjoy the season and enjoy the week to week. I dropped Super Bowl or bust mentality and I enjoy it much better

Now I'm no Dak hater and while he plays with a star on his helmet I will be behind him 100%.
But just like Tony Romo, Dak Prescott will never win a Super Bowl.
Tony was prone to making errors in big games, as is Dak.
Dak isn't going anywhere for the next couple of seasons but the front office need to start planning who his successor may be right now, whether it's through the draft or via a trade.
I hate these comparison threads because they are so flawed. It’s a weak take for several reasons. Here’s a few…

Romo was prone to mistakes early in his career but the game slowed down and he was extremely efficient at the end of his career. He played at an MVP level in 2016 and got robbed of a Divisional game due to a historically bad call. He’s got a better career INT percentage than Staubach, Aikman, Favre, Marino and Elway to name a few. It’s a false narrative that started with the hold.

Dak’s mistakes this year were more than in past years and cost us but he deserves the chance to let him come back next year.

Another reason it’s a bad take. If Rypien and Flacco and Eli can win SB’s both Tony and Dak could but those QBs organizations were so much better than ours as were the coaches. Even McCarthy won one but with a solid organization.

We are a flawed organization so the QBs will always bear the brunt of that dysfunction. Tony did with terrible offensive lines and pass defense early in his career and Dak now will become a victim of his own contract because he cannot carry a team by himself.

What you should say is the Owner and his son are mistake prone and we can’t win a SB with them so please…no more threads like this.

Romo was a good not great QB. Dak is an average (plays well below average in big games). It’s that simple. Romo was a lot smarter QB. Dak is flat out QB dumb!
