Just a reminder, excluding the no-choice, no time left, last play of game, throw it up for grabs in the endzone and pray int
Romo played in 6 playoff games and had just one real interception.
I keep hearing this talk about turnovers, but that was not at all the case in the playoffs.
Almost never for him.

In the end though, they still couldn't advance to the NFC Title game

Team game and he was part of the team...So they failed.

It doesn't matter. Romo choked in big games. Fact. He won 2 playoff games. fact. I don't know how many times that guy broke my heart. It is what it is. Dak isn't as good. He played a great game against TB. I don't even remember Romo playing that good of a game in the playoffs. Then again I don't remember Romo playing as bad a game as Dak played yesterday. I'll be glad when all this nonsense is done and fans can compare SB winning QBs.
No it’s not a fact. And that’s the point that keeps going over your head.

I lived it. Nobody's changing my mind on Romo. I like him personally. I enjoy watching him on TV. I think he should be in the ROH. But the guy came up small in big games. He never took a game over in the playoffs like the other great QBs of his era. He might have played ok in a couple games. Nothing more. Never understood why anyone thought if he was QBing that 2016 team that the end result would be any different.

Now I'm no Dak hater and while he plays with a star on his helmet I will be behind him 100%.
But just like Tony Romo, Dak Prescott will never win a Super Bowl.
Tony was prone to making errors in big games, as is Dak.
Dak isn't going anywhere for the next couple of seasons but the front office need to start planning who his successor may be right now, whether it's through the draft or via a trade.
Romo is a better quarterback than Dak. Romo would choke in the big moments but at least he would get to them.

Tony Romo had a passer rating of 93.0 with 1,316 yards, 8 touchdowns and 2 interceptions in 6 games in the playoffs in his career.
Given that his start date was 2006 (and mid-year at 2011) that is a very good passer rating.
Probably adjusts to 100 if he started 10 years later.
And the 4-1 ratio is nice too. Really, one of those picks was no choicer thing, but whatever.

I can think of 3-4 plays that would've made it WAY better still.

2014 Romo 15 of 19, 191 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs, 143 QB rating, 78 QBR.

One of the incompletions was the Bryant non catch. If ruled complete Dallas has a 1st and goal at the one and would have scored to take the lead.

Of all the games to accuse Romo, this is one of the worst examples.

That was the best game he had that we lost.

Romo could make plays and was actually clutch end of game. Dak not so much. He could barely get past one read last night and still forced it to lamb.
Romo actually threw more game ending INT's than Dak has. Dak actually has not done that, but he threw all his stupid picks earlier.

And I AM NOT defending Dak by any means saying that.

Dak needs to go. And take Moore with him.
