A shout-out to Cowboy fans who live out of state

I spent a decade out of state before finally coming back to Texas.
And brother, it can be brutal out there every time the Cowboys lose.
You out-of-state fans know what I mean. One is at work at the office or other venue and Cowboys haters come out the woodwork.
It's not a good time for Cowboys fans because of the haters who make it a point to needle fans.
"Hey, too bad your Cowboys lost." "What a trouncing those lads in silver and blue received." And on and on.
And these haters are hard to find when the Boys whip an opponent.
You fans out there out of state are the true fans who endure the slings and arrows but proudly march on. Chin up. We are due for better times.
Me admiration is for you out there is immense. .

Born and raised in DC, moved to Florida 6 years ago. My area is now Tampa town. I'd rather deal with the bucs fans than the damn commanders fans. Commanders fans are insufferable.

Even if Dallas lost to the bucs, their fans are tolerable, and are will to have a nice conversation about the outcomes.

I’m in DC so it’s bad but I couldn’t even begin to imagine in Philly. I don’t think I could do it.

Yes Philly fans are downright violent about their hatred for the Cowboys.

Not a place where you want to wear any Cowboys gear or take any women folk to the game with you displaying any Cowboys paraphernalia.

Most importantly don't pull into the parking lot with anything remotely suggesting your Cowboys fan on your vehicle.

Also don't ever expect the police on horseback to help you if you have a Cowboys jersey on they would sit by and watch you be publicly stoned then have their horse step on your foot.

oh yes, The Dome is still operating as one of Halifaxs top nightclubs! I havent been there in a long long time. The crowd is way way too young for this old guy.

My daughter has a couple of past friends going to Dal...pretty sure you've seen them there, lol. She's at York, closer to home, for a reason!

I'm in CT, halfway between Boston and NYC. It's pretty funny, how many Cowboys fans I run across.

On the other hand, the haters really hate. During the pandemic, I wore Cowboys masks and had a cop walk by and say, "What an ugly mask!" I was gonna say, "You think that's bad, you should see what's underneath?", but I decided not to encourage him.

Same, Western CT...lol. Surrounded mostly by NJ gnats fans (Buffalo is the only NY team) but the Pats fans are making a comeback after last year.

I moved from the UK to Toronto 14 months ago, most of the bars here do Bills watch parties & gameday specials for Bills games. Sadly I do see alot of eagles fans as well, even had a guy shout go birds at me from his car while he was at lights & i was crossing wearing a cowboys hoody

I live in the UK. Safe to say not too many people care. Don’t get me wrong, there are a lot of NFL fans here but they’re pretty spread out and it’s not a normal topic of conversation. Tell them I’m a Glasgow Rangers fan and it’s a different story…
