Hello, playmates, working mens of the forum, wards of the courts and hangers-on:
On Sunday, as fans saw a horrible spectacle of football by the Cowboys, one thing became very clear: The cowboys seemed old and the Panthers seemed young, mates.
Despite the shiny stadium, its tenents were shown to be the bums they are.
Jason Garrett looked across the field and saw a real coach in Ron Rivera.
Tony Romo, the walk-on going on 36 who might one day eclipse Danny White in stature and wins and playoff wins, looked across the field and saw a real quarterback in Cam Newton. Never mind that Newton is way down in the NFL in passing percentage. Romo likely ended his year on the turf with a less than 30 QB rating.
And Jerra Jones looked across the way to another luxury suite and saw a real owner and braintrust.
Not only do the Cowboys half to worry about a QB, it has RB and secondary worries and needs new management to keep its Star shiny.
Sad how a little franchise from the Carolinas outshined our star yesterday.
It all points to one man: Jerra, great owner, bad GM.
