A wasted season?

Andy Reid, Joe Gibbs and Tom Coughlin are better... their teams will be better. You can talk about particulars - i.e. better OL, this guy got hurt, kicker sucks, blah, blah, blah, excuse, excuse, excuse.

Parcells ego gets him every time. He'll keep his projects and we will always be pretty good but not great.

This is exactly my point, skins and giants have passed us by in the same or shorter amount of time, they're in the playoffs and we're home with Mr. Stubborn (Parcells).
The skins have dome more with less, IMO. Better coaching?

One year into a rebuilding process that was delayed to the 10 win season 2 years ago. Not necessarily defending BP, but that season really misled us.

Interesting...By all accounts we did better in FA and the draft than the Skins and Giants (All of us 6-10 last year) this year...Yet they went from 6-10 to the playoffs and we did not.

Coaching ? Better backups when teams are hit by injury ? Better game adjustments (Which I guess is coaching ?).

Whatever the answer is, the results are all bottom line. We'll be watching them in the playoffs this year.

As a Cowboys fan I hold BP and JJ responsible for that.

If we had a kicker we'd be in - guaranteed. We lost 3 games because of the kicking situation.

I think we could have salvaged another win irrespective of our kicking situation had Flo not gone down.

And who chose our kicking coach, our kickers ? our long snappers ?

Head coach gets all the glory and all the shame ?

Bottom line, we are out and the Skins and Giants are in. Blame whoever, I'll choose the guys in charge.
