A Will McClay Question

We haven't won a meaningful playoff game in 22 years. Some of you guys act like we've got the Patriots GM here.

Fine I'll ask... what's the difference between a "meaningful playoff game" and well a playoff game?

I'm under the impression that they all are pretty damn meaningful lol

Will McClay already is the GM of the Cowboys, he just doesn't have the title. The Jones know full well how important he is to the Cowboys future success and already pay him handsomely. When Jerry passes away, Stephan will most likely take all of Jerry's present titles but McClay will continue to do the same great job he's been doing.

I do believe there's a gentleman's agreement in place but only do last as Jason Garrett remains the head coach.

I think he is happy not having the GM title. It is less stressful.
